These age categories are ever growing video catalogues of fitness sessions, wellness sessions and movement brain breaks. The junior videos include important skills such as jumping, leaping, running and rolling while challenging coordination, proprioception, crossing the midline and much more. The movements are very child friendly for the little ones. Movements like superhero squats, frog burpees and bunny hops keep the children engaged from start to finish. The senior videos include cardio, upper body, lower body, core and flexibility sessions. All sessions coach and instruct the students from start to finish. With different options for all fitness levels, all pre-teens and teens will develop their strength and fitness. The significant difference between our videos and others, is that every video finishes with specific activities and exercises to stimulate students’ para-sympathetic nervous system.
